Booking conditions

Gests

Kragenäs primarily receives Swedish and foreign scout corps or groups on our camp site and in Pannbergsstugan. Subject to space, we also welcome other organizations whose activities are compatible with the idea of scouting.

Period and participants

The group chooses its own dates for arrival and departure, except during the Kragenäs service camps, when fixed days for arrival and departure apply.

When arranging their own camp, the group has access to the area from 12.00 on the day of arrival and must have left the area by 12.00 on the day of departure. It is possible to have participants coming with materials the day before the rest of the group, but you must remember to register that they stay longer.

During Kragenäs service camp, special times apply for arriving and material transports.

The group books a preliminary number of participants which is not binding. In connection with the booking, Kragenäs reserves space for the specified number of participants + 10%.

The group makes a definitive booking with a complete participant list and arrival and departure times for each person. Definite number of participants is binding, the fee is not adjusted in case of possible cancellations. The group can replace individual participants. Additional participants can be re-registered subject to availability for an extra fee.

During service periods, the final booking must also include special food requirements, allergies and program bookings.

When checking in, the group must leave an updated participant list. This is submitted electronically on arrival.

Economy

For preliminary bookings, a booking fee of SEK 1,000 is paid to confirm the booking.

When you have registered a definitive booking, 100% of the fee is paid for the booked number of participants.

When arranging an own camp, a rent is paid for the camp area per participant and day. The rent is the same for leaders and scouts. For Kragenäs service camp, a fee is paid per participant for the entire camp period. The fee is the same for leaders and scouts.
